Won’t God Do It: Pastor Maurice Allen
In this month’s episode of “Won’t God Do It,” I speak with Pastor Maurice Allen about his spiritual journey.
Pastor Maurice Allen is a dedicated pastor, leader, and creative with a passion for helping people grow in both faith and purpose. He currently serves as Pastor of Ministry Support at Faithful Central Bible Church, where he provides oversight and support across multiple ministries, helping leaders operate with clarity, alignment, and effectiveness.
Beyond ministry, Pastor Maurice is deeply immersed in the creative world. His hobbies and passions include music production, songwriting, recording, and engineering. This creative background allows him to connect across generations and cultures, using music as a powerful tool for expression and impact.
Born in Benton Harbor, Michigan, and raised in Flint, Michigan, Pastor Maurice’s journey has been shaped by both faith and resilience. He comes from a close-knit family with three siblings: two brothers and one sister. He is married to his wife, the lovely Kellie Allen, and they have been faithfully walking life together for 19 years. Together, they share a beautiful family that keeps life both grounded and full of joy—two daughters, ages 27 and 3 and they recently welcomed a new son-in-law into the family.
Whether in ministry or in life, Pastor Maurice is known for his heart for people, his steady leadership, and his commitment to serving God with authenticity and purpose.
